Job Description
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints related to Health Insurance.
- Resolving issues related to customer needs.
- Cooperate with other parties to help resolve customer problems.
- Ensuring that all incoming customer complaints can completed.
- Maintain the customer, socialization and customer visit.
- Reviewing Claim & making Monthly Report for Client, Broker & Marketing.
Job Specifications:
- Candidate must be possess Diploma degree, preferably majoring Medical Science, Nursing, or equivalent with GPA minimum 2,75. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Preferably has good knowledge about Health Insurance & Medical.
- Computer Literate.
- Male, Maximum 28 Years Old and willing to travelling.
