Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of an established local online E-commerce provider that is expanding internationally. Our client offers online E-commerce and a search engine for buying and selling products. Our respected client is seeking an information technology (IT) professional for the job of Android Developer, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Develop assigned account in order to achieve the agreed sales target
• Build and maintain existing customer in order to increase customer loyalty and achieve the agreed sales target
• Communicate with existing customer regularly in order to update any information related to the existing project and obtain any issues of the products to be solved properly
• Set up monthly meeting with Elite Partner in order to get updating information related with development of  program or other project
• Coordinate with third party to meet good relationship with customer in order to achieve the agreed sales target.
• Determine the right Partner for giving support and providing company products to customer in order to achieve the agreed sales target.

Key job requirements include:

• 5 (five) years experience in sales in IT industry and 3 (three) years in account manager job
• Bachelor degree in IT/Engineering/Management
• Ability to lead the solution team
• Have a strong business relationship and networking with public/private sector
• Have the capability to professionally approach, persuade, propose and closing deals
• Self motivation and initiative, combined with an analytical mind and logical/firm judgment.
