You will responsible for supporting Head of Regional Logistics (HUB Bandung) in Finance & HR Administration, and also supervising the activities as well, such as:

• Finance Activities & Administration
  • Petty cash (running cost) controlling
  • Collecting and compiling finance data transaction
  • Providing report to DC Head office
• HR Administration & Recruit
  • Local people Recruiting
  • Attendance Administration
  • Simple Payroll
  • Personnel Admin
  • Provide a regular report
• House Keeping Monitoring
• Assets & Documents Control
• Supervise all administration aspects

Qualifications :

• S1 Graduate from reputable university
• Minimum 4 years experiences in administration field.
• Familiar with computer (MS Office etc)
• Has a good attitude, personality and trustworthy.
• Willing to place at Gedebage, Bandung
