DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Plan, organize and develop sales office to meet planned objectives as to sales revenue (premium), market penetration, profitability and selling cost
• Lead agency on the defined area/sales office to achieve premium, expense, profit, productivity and persistency goals by establishing and executing the agency strategy and business plan
• Ensure proper planning and evaluation of sales strategic so that area/sales office can meet profit goals as a return on sales
• Recruiting new leader or new agent

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any major with minimum 2 years experience in sales/financial institution-bank/insurance
• Having minimum 2 years experience as team leader/manager
• Having experience in recruiting team member
• Ability to speak & write English fluently
• Having minimum 3 years in Sales or Marketing area
• Good experience in dealing with freelance sales force
• Having a strong passion, honest, adaptable and ability to work under pressure
