The CFO will be reporting directly to the HQ CEO and shareholders of the organization. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing accounting policies and systems to monitor the organizations financial assets and provide complete and accurate financial information.

Consequently, they are looking to bring on board a dynamic CFO who can assist the business at a time of rapid growth and make a key contribution to the business.

Description

• Constructing weekly and monthly internal reports, with detailed commentary around commercial implications
• Construction of Financial Analysis, Planning and Reporting
• Recruit, train and retain Accounting & Finance team members
• Adherence to local and international statutory requirements and communicating it to the head office as well
• Prepare and review monthly and yearly financial statement
• Develop, implement and review efficient and effective accounting processes
• Review accounting processes to ensure that they meet both Group and principals standards
• Ensure all Accounting related management reports are generated on time and meet the CEO’s requirements
• Managing overall Finance, Accounting, ERP System, Tax & Treasury function within the organization
• Analysis of financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions
• Support the CEO with all financial aspects and business proposals, including tender documents, suppliers contracts, etc
• Support the commercial team with all financial aspects in developing proposals for their customers, principals or suppliers
• Work with the financial advisors (tax auditors & consultants, statutory auditors) to ensure that the company efficiently meet all regulatory requirements

Profile

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is required; postgraduate degree preferred
• A minimum 20 years experience in Finance / Accounting within the same industry
• Ideally you have experienced working for an MNC Company with complicated business process
• Ideally you need to have knowledge on funding and corporate finance
• Ideally you will need to be an assertive individual who can drive their team and provide directions for the company
• Excellent understanding of Indonesia finance, accounting and tax law
• Oil & gas and/or building material & construction background preferred
• Mandarin speaker will be a plus
