Job Description

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints related to Health Insurance.
• Resolving issues related to customer needs.
• Cooperate with other parties to help resolve customer problems.
• Ensuring that all incoming customer complaints can completed.
• Maintain the customer, socialization and customer visit.
• Reviewing Claim & making Monthly Report for Client, Broker & Marketing.

Job Specifications:

• Candidate must be possess Diploma degree, preferably majoring Medical Science, Nursing, or equivalent with GPA minimum 2,75. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Preferably has good knowledge about Health Insurance & Medical.
• Computer Literate.
• Male, Maximum 28 Years Old and willing to travelling.
