DIGITAL STRATEGIST, PT. DIGITRAFFIC INDONESIA
JOB PURPOSE:
The Digital Strategist will be responsible for managing digital creative projects for a variety of international and local clients. You will manage each project from the initial brief through to delivery alongside our Account Managers/Executives and Production/Creative Team.You will lead the creative strategy on accounts, bringing in our various strategic experts from other disciplines (Google AdWords/SEM, SEO, Social Media, Web & Apps Development, Web Analytics) to help create engaging perfect stories for our client audiences.
Qualifications
The position requires the skills necessary to lead strategic, creative collaboration with both clients and internal teams. The right individual should have:
- Applicants must have a minimum one-year experience working as Digital Strategist
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Media and Technical Delivery Specialists
- Strong interest in technology or digital marketing
- Strong communication, writing and presentation skills
- Ability to define scope, recommended approach, and manage execution of strategy and strategic planning projects for clients
- Commitment to delivering high quality work
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Management, Marketing or related field required
REPORTING TO: Director of Production and Deputy Director of Production
Role & Responsibilities:
- Respond to client briefs with outline approach, liaising with relevant teams to enable production of engaging brand design and copy
- Lead planning on key agency accounts, bringing in other strategic expertise where necessary
- Shaping our clients’ digital creative strategy to help position them to become an authority in their marketplace
- Working to a client’s individual tone of voice, ensuring the creative matches the brand
- Have the ability to think creatively around problems, interpret client requirements and translate them into plans
- Working together with our Sales/Marketing and Production Team to create awesome digital creative strategies and deliver incredible results to clients
- Translating all of strategies into creative proposal by collaborating with Creative team
- Leading the brainstorming session for every brief that client gave
The Creative Strategist will run projects from brief to delivery including:
- Gain trust from both clients and internal departments to lead through strategy
- Own the process for creating, enforcing and managing the production plan
- Demonstrating ability to frame the problem we are trying to solve, isolate audience insights and define the role for creative
