Job Description:
- Prepare and checking document need to be approved by director based on procedure.
- Arrange president director agenda and prepare necessary need for the agenda.
- Organize meeting room usage in Admin Building.
- Make and check travelling order and settlement.
- Issuing ticket for travelling.
- Checking and prepare all documents that need to be signed by President Director.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Advance in English communication skills both oral and written.
- Advance in Computer skill and Administration process.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the same position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Citeureup.
- Competencies needed are Analytical Thinking, Working Systematically, Teamwork and Cooperation, Customer Focus, and Drive for Result.
