Job Description:

• Identifying Training and Development needs within organization
• Designing and expanding Training and Development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual
• Producing training materials for in-house courses
• Managing the delivery of Training and Development programs
• Evaluating Training and Development programs
• Developing effective induction programs
• Continuously develop personal competencies
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Psychology or equivalent from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
• At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Familiar with Training and Development concept and implementation to the employee
• Having a good passion in development programs and administration skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Highly responsible and reliable
