Job Description:
- Identifying Training and Development needs within organization
- Designing and expanding Training and Development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual
- Producing training materials for in-house courses
- Managing the delivery of Training and Development programs
- Evaluating Training and Development programs
- Developing effective induction programs
- Continuously develop personal competencies
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Psychology or equivalent from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
- At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Familiar with Training and Development concept and implementation to the employee
- Having a good passion in development programs and administration skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Highly responsible and reliable
