Purpose

To provide ongoing on-site and remote IT support for company users in coordination with related IT help desk and IT technical teams.

General Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor degree in telecommunication/IT is highly regarded.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience (recent) in an IT Field Engineer role. 
• English proficiency
• High integrity and good communication abilities across all levels.
• Positive Attitudes
• Working knowledge of Windows Vista, SOE, MS Office Suite.
• Experience working with MS Active Directory, Wintel , SQL Servers, Dell Hardware
• Experience with commonly used windows platforms including; hardware, software, operating systems and technologies.
• Server experience is desirable but not essential
• Windows Server Network Infrastructure knowledge
• Cisco CCNA certificate is highly regarded
•  Understand and keep up with latest technologies.
• Able to give alternative solutions if they encounter any IT issues.
