Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of an established local online E-commerce provider that is expanding internationally. Our client offers online E-commerce and a search engine for buying and selling products. Our respected client is seeking an information technology (IT) professional for the job of Android Developer, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities will include:

  • Managing relationship and responsible in selling for the major local enterprise Accounts
  • Developing good relationship with target customer throughout the organization including the top management level
  • Developing the business plans including sales planning/pipelines, daily/weekly activities, and collaborate with all other related functions to meet the assigned target or quota
  • Cross sell and up-sell across the line of businesses
  • Work closely and cohesively with various departments within the organization in the Asia Pacific Region, country teams, and Distributor/Business Partners to achieve the customer satisfaction & company goals
  • Identifying new opportunities, maintain, develop existing and new customers
  • Prepare presentation to the customers and proposals, liaise and attend meetings with clients, business associates and internal company staff of the various business units as required

Job Requirements    

  • Bachelor’s degree (min.) in IT; MBA holder is preferred
  • 5 years’ core experience in managing public sector, FSI, SME accounts
  • Strong technical knowledge in IT hardware industry
  • Proven account management skills
  • Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding sales target
  • Self motivated, highly driven, tenacious and leads by example
  • A high degree of business acumen
  • Excellent negotiation skills
