Job Descriptions :
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Understands and supports sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers.
- Business, logistics and project management support for company’s client projects (when additional support is required).
- Developing status reports for the Board of Director.
- Ensure that each projects team complies with the site policies and procedures by communicating their content, monitoring practice, and reporting the management accordingly.
- Supervise and monitor department’s procedures are in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner
- Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in any field
- Candidates with hospitality background i.e. hotel, restaurant are most preferable
- Training will be provided.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to do documentation and filing to the related field
- Able to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete under time constraints.
- Excellent Computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
- Good attitude, self-motivated, smart worker, and detail oriented.
- Dependable and able to work as a team and under pressure.
- English is a plus
