In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Record and filling incoming and outgoing document
  • Arrange business travel
  • Telephone & guests handling
  • Meeting arrangement, minutes taking and monitoring meeting result
  • Prepare meeting presentation
  • Contract filling based on subject
  • Overseeing international & domestic corporate travel within the budget
  • General administrative task
  • Handle work permits, visas, & KITAS.
  • Provide a range of administrative services and support to company personnel by manage and implement administrative system, procedures and projects.
  • Made all travel and entertainment arrangements for all staffs.
  • Responsible for clerical duties including answer the phone, filing, updating computer database and writing letters.
