In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Record and filling incoming and outgoing document
- Arrange business travel
- Telephone & guests handling
- Meeting arrangement, minutes taking and monitoring meeting result
- Prepare meeting presentation
- Contract filling based on subject
- Overseeing international & domestic corporate travel within the budget
- General administrative task
- Handle work permits, visas, & KITAS.
- Provide a range of administrative services and support to company personnel by manage and implement administrative system, procedures and projects.
- Made all travel and entertainment arrangements for all staffs.
- Responsible for clerical duties including answer the phone, filing, updating computer database and writing letters.
