Job requirements
- Active, initiative, and proactive
- Computer literate, familiar with online purchasing, social media or mobile apps is a plus
- Discipline, honest, critical and high initiative
- Able to work under pressure, and in a large team
- Capable of being to analyze objectively
- Good communication in Malaysian & English language (oral & written)
Job responsibilities
- Calibration and external validation periodically with vendor and internal calibration
- Perform direct supervision on the quality of services at the Department Cust Ops through monthly KPI for internal team vendor
- Perform accompaniment regularly to determine the flow of work Customer Ops
- Monitor the implementation of the daily briefings and daily hand over all team Cust Ops
- Perform live monitoring, spying, mystery guest use all channels of communication to vendors and internal teams
- Perform supervision every training, refreshment, and on boarding division
- Compile the result of end Pre and Post test for records by the QA team in document control
