Responsibility:
- Responsible for overall of recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary offer, hiring and preparing onboarding program
- Create employment contract for new employee.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of needs
- Conduct the performance evaluation to follow up during probation period
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Manage manpower for engagement and promotion.
- Responsible for In-house Training, Public Training, on the job training.
- Monitor to organization chart, job description
- Support, conduct, coordinate company activities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment field especially in factory, Training, Performance Evaluation
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills with good planning, systematic thinking.
- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal, services minded and sense of urgency, work as a team and able to work independent.
- Knowledge in Labor Law
- Good command of English.
- Computer literacy for Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Capable to travel upcountry occasionally
