Job Description:

• Ensure that Company has all regulatory and legal license in place for sustainable factory operations
• Provide operational support by monitoring and controlling general service functions including security vendors, local community, other related general affairs
• Responsible for coordination related to Government Authorities such as  Manpower office, Environmental office, Customs and any other related Authorities
• Together with H&S manager, promotes H&S culture and Programme, and compliance to H&S regulations
• Responsible for coordination with DIAGEO Regional Office in term of compliance to regulation for internal organization

• A comprehensive understanding of the Government structure and procedure, the bureaucracy
• An ability to network comfortably within the above stakeholder structure
• An understanding of the Indonesia business environment and culture

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Willing to be located in Tabanan, Bali
• Undergraduate degree in any major
• 5-8 years business experience in regulatory at similar level in MNC companies of Food & Beverage manufacture industry –  3 years successful experience working with key stakeholders on relevant issues either in house or as a consultant.
• A good understanding of the prevailing regulatory environment and business culture in the Indonesia.
• Experience as a Government or other public sector official or advisor would be an advantage
• Strong, persuasive and influential personality
• Fair in English – both spoken and written
