RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Respond to internal and customer enquiries on product availability.
• Handle enquiries form customer for our product.
• Handle all the orders from customer via sales person.
• Daily delivery arrangement and keep updated customer for the status of orders.
• Co-ordinate with internal team for customer matter.
• Keep track on the warranty claim.
• Any other duties as and when assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Male, Maximum 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a D3, any field
• Able to operate basic computer programs (Ms. Office, Excel, etc)
• Fast learner, responsible, careful & pleasant
• Having good communication, both verbal and written
• Preferable having 1 years experience in same field
• Internship position(s) available.
