Sales support activities:

  • Make weekly, monthly report
  • Check, update and compile customer data through company’s software
  • Collect, check and report on business activities monthly, quarterly, yearly Percentage of completion rate compared to the target of each group and each office Awards for salesmen monthly, quarterly, yearly according to company regulations
  • Report on monthly sales revenue to Alibaba Group
  • Support for salesmen all issues related to promotion policy
  • Coordinate with Alibaba group team and company accounting department in solving issues related to payment, change ID of the account, and lock account
  • Coordinate with accounting department in solving issues related to invoice, documentary, and other documents for customers to salesmen’ s request
  • Support for salesmen to the request of Sales Director and Boards of Directors

Administration activities:

  • Coordinate and implement administrative tasks as instructed by HR&Administration Manager: checking attendance payroll, purchasing merchants, paying for office expenditure, working with Indonesia governmental administrative offices
  • Translate documents from English to Bahasa and vice versa
  • Work as an office treasurer as instructed by company accounting department

Job Requirements

  • Graduated from Indonesia or international universities
  • Preferred to the following faculties: accounting-finance, law, business administration, human resource management, and international trade – foreign trade.
  • Have English fluency in 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
  • Good skills in job management and planning
  • Priority to candidates who have more than 1 year experience in Sales Support/ Admin position
  • Good skills in word processing, contract drafting, synthesizing reports
  • Candidates should be Indonesian or Vietnamese who are living in Indonesia and have Indonesian fluency
  • Over 01 year of experience
  • Have good working ethics, clear career goals and dedicated to work
  • Be honest, responsible, enthusiastic
  • Have no criminal record
