SENIOR STAFF RECRUITMENT & TRAINING, PT. NGK BUSI INDONESIA
Responsible in all aspects of the company’s process of acquiring skilled human labor for organizational needs and responsible in all aspect of managing organizational talent including analyzing, planning, assessing and managing all training program delivery as a development to build highly competent employee to assisting company goals .
- Demonstrated strong leadership behavior in order to:
- Be able to manage all department activities and personnel to lead the recruitment and training section
- Provide feedback on the result of performance of subordinate
- Provide training and development program to increase competency of subordinate
- Having enough experience in recruitment including handling all hiring process and also managing development process including deliver training program, TNA and evaluation.
- Preferably supervisor with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the related field with maximum age of 30
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring psychology.
- Fluent in English is a must
- Setting out Activity Plan/ Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Budget
- Making a plan of internship activities (PKL) and coordination of the implementation
- Managing and conducting process of recruitment and placement in the company based on procedures to get the employee with the right skills, abilities and competencies which fits with the company needs
- Coordinate the employee needs of all the departments and set up manpower plan
- Advertise job vacancies, sort and screening of application, psychological tests and initial interview
- Organize, and evaluating all training activities, whether internal or externally, to ensure that the program which was held already meet the requirements and procedures in order to achieve the targets
- Setting up Training Plan (training program, schedule and budget training) refer to the needs of the company, departments and employees to comply the standards of competence
- Managing and organizing all activities of training to improve the competence standards at every level
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training implementation, and proposes corrective action based on training results, to measure the benefits of training and as a training needs analysi.
