Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all billing activities, maintaining records by microfilming invoices
• Liaise with customers on payment related issues
• Prepare Reminder Letter for Outstanding payments according to AR policy
• Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices
• Resolve collections by examining costumer payment plan, payment history, credit line, and coordinating contact with collections department
• Summarize receivables by maintaining invoices accounts, verifying totals, preparing report regularly

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least  Diploma (DIII)/Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Maximal 38 Years Old
• Good computer skill (Ms. Office, Internet)
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as SPV AR is required for this position
• Data Entry Skill, General Math Skill, Analyzing Information
• Good in Teamwork, Able to delegate tasks to the AR Staff, Leadership and Excellent Communication skill, and able to work in fast paced environment
• Self motivated, having excellent communication, coordination, with high integrity
