Qualification:

• 2 year experience in tour and travel industry
• Understanding and knowing about the mandatory airline programs such as Abacus, Amadeus, Galileo
• Able to directly help clients to ticket, accommodation and hotels
• Understand administration tour and travel
• Computer literate, familiar with online purchasing, social media, or mobile apps is a plus
• Willing to work in flexible hours and overtime if needed
• Willing to work under shifting mode
• Able to work under pressure
• Always bring positive attitude within colleagues and towards customers
• Discipline, honest, critical, and high initiative
• Communicative and creative
• Able to work in a team or individual
