• Plan and manage all training program
• Implement employee training until the evaluation the effectiveness of training
• Deliver various training modules if necessary
• Handle communication effectively with people at all levels
• Involved in managing employment conditions and other employee related issues
• Develop strategies to prevent labour issues / disputes and its recurrence order to maintain a productive and harmonious working environment

• Maximum 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• English and computer literate is a must
• Have a good communication, presentation skill and an open minded person
• Have a good knowledge about all training process (TNA, Material Making, Delivery, and Evaluation)
• Willing to work at Dadap Kosambi (near Soetta Airport)
