Job Description:
  • Prepare and checking document need to be approved by director based on procedure.
  • Arrange president director agenda and prepare necessary need for the agenda.
  • Organize meeting room usage in Admin Building.
  • Make and check travelling order and settlement.
  • Issuing ticket for travelling.
  • Checking and prepare all documents that need to be signed by President Director.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Advance in English communication skills both oral and written.
  • Advance in Computer skill and Administration process.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the same position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Citeureup.
  • Competencies needed are Analytical Thinking, Working Systematically, Teamwork and Cooperation,  Customer Focus, and Drive for Result.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
