Pekan Depan Harga Tahu dan Tempe Naik: Mau Gimana Lagi

Thepresidentpost.id - Jakarta - Imbas kenaikan harga kedelai memicu harga tahu dan tempe akan naik di pasar dalam negeri pada pekan depan. Kedelai merupakan bahan baku utama tempe.
"Ada kemungkinan penyesuaian harga karena pembelian kedelai oleh perajin tahu tempe ke importir sudah ada kenaikan, ," kata Sekretaris Jenderal Kementerian Perdagangan Suhanto di Jakarta, Sabtu (2/1/2021).
Ia menjelaskan, kenaikan terjadi karena harga kedelai impor naik kisaran Rp9.000 menjadi Rp9.300 sampai Rp9.600 per kilogram.
Sekretaris Jenderal (Sekjen) Sedulur Pengrajin Tahu Indonesia (SPTI) Musodik, meminta pemerintah untuk menurunkan harga kedelai di pasaran karena membebani pengusaha tahu dan tempe sebagai bagian dari Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menegah (UMKM).
"Pemerintah lebih memperhatikan pengusaha - pengusaha kecil UMKM. Contohnya pengrajin tahu. Kedua, harga kedelai, bisa kembali normal," kata Musodik.
